The house will be transported in the forecasted area with special car (trailer track). Our company provides all the necessary transportation means as well as a crane. We undertake the transportation and installation of your metal house, even in the mountains or at the beach, as long there is a way to reach that place.

D.A. Metal Home, undertakes the installation of the metal house with experienced technicians, simple, fast and observing all specifications of safety.
- Do I pay extra money for the installation?
In the price of sale of each model of metal house expenses of installation are not included. If you want, you can request for the final price of the house and the installation, depending on your needs, always in conformity with the company.
- In how many days can I have my D.A. Metal Home?
The delivery of each prefabricated metal house depends on the agreement between the customer and the company. The time intervals for delivery vary, depending on the selected standardised model, the interior arrangement and the metal equipment requested. If the model you have ordered is available in stock, then an immediate delivery is possible.
- What will a Prefabricated Metal House allocate in the interior?
The interior will be decorated and have all that the company pre-agreed with the customer. Generally speaking a D.A. The materials we use in manufacturing the metal houses are durable in the humidity, rain and sun. All materials we use have been examined and tested in the bigger testing centres in France (C Ti C M) and Spain (LGAI) and are certified with the ISO certificate.

With the signing of the agreement the customer down pays the 20% as prepayment and by the delivery of the final product, the client must pay the rest of the amount. Payment Facilities can be offered only through Commercial Banks.
